The BBA at FBS

The BBA is the Faculty's four-year undergraduate program. Students build a common business foundation, join one of nine departments in their first year and graduate with a specialization in that field.

Across eight semesters and 40 courses, the BBA moves from a common business foundation to advanced study within one of nine fields of business. Students join their department in the first year and graduate with a specialization in that field.

Since 1995
The BBA replaced the B.Com when the Faculty of Commerce became the Faculty of Business Studies.

Admission & Eligibility

A rigorous, merit-based path

Admission to the BBA program is through the FBS central admission test, with selection weighed together with SSC and HSC results. The process is highly competitive — some departments admit as few as one in every 125 applicants.

Candidates typically require strong SSC and HSC grades, and must sit the central admission test for the session. Foreign students and graduates of international curricula are considered on an equivalent basis.
